Abstract

The safety-relief section, designed in VNTU, provides three-mode operation of the hydraulic system: bypass, regulation and overloading. The principal advantage of the developed section is the reduction of unproductive power losses in the hydraulic system. From the developed model of the hydraulic system the valve parameters influence on the transient process Time Тр on the overshooting ? of pressure valve have been determined. On the basis of the obtained relationships the authors give recommendations on the design parameters combination of the relief valve for LS hydraulic system.
