The algorithm and software support has been developed with the object of automation of methods of the Doctors of Science and professors activities effectiveness determination. The methods of organization of additional couplings between the data charts has been designed for the optimization of processes of the samplings creation, of the grouping and the analyzing of data from the data bank using the object-oriented analysis.Downloads
