This article explores the tensions that arise in elastic clamping sleeve caught in a state and in the sampling gap between the inner diameter of the conical sleeve and the shank diameter, with its clamp. A variety of existing designs of motor spindles and clamping chucks used in high-speed processing of materials cutting is analyzed. The original clamping chuck with minimal radial dimensions with the ability to fix the movable sleeve after clamping and adjustable clamping force, decompressing in a wide range.
