Influence of public institutes on efficiency of Ukrainian economy: mathematical modeling

Abstract

A mathematical model for description of influence of public institutes and corruption on investment development of Ukraine is obtained. It is shown that economic losses due to imperfection of public institutions make more than 20-30% of GDP. Mechanisms for transformation of imperfect public institutions are suggested and internal sources for financing of this process are proposed.
