The paper considers the construction of the information system on the basis of the combination of geo informational technologies and system of expert analysis which finds the application in an power industry as the basic part of the informatively-calculations systems. It realizes the multilevel model of charts reflection with a dynamic construction and the change of its elements considerably simplifies co-operation between the system and the user, diminishing the probability of errors.Downloads
