Abstract

The usage of the analogy between the system of equations, that describes the Markoff's process and the system of equations of orthogonality and regulation of the criterion programming allows to solve the task of consideration of the quality of the managing system functioning in the law of management. Such an analogy allows to build the criteria models of operation quality, which will allow to take into account the physical characteristics and phased character of renewal of regulative devices. It will improve the degree of realization of optimum calculations of the dynamic systems' states, which will result in the quality improvement of the electric power supply users' and decline the electric power losses in such systems as power industry.
