New method of search of multiformat ecological information based on ontology database and its xml-presentation
Keywords:
search of ecological information, geoinformation systems, ontology databaseAbstract
Theoretical and practical basics of the method of search of multiformat ecological information based on ontology database and its XML-presentation was developed. This method allows making complex search through all common used sources types (geoinformational systems maps, databases, text) simultaneously, does not impose essential restrictions on sources formats and considers spatial relations among objects during searching their numerical characteristics and text description. The software for method realization was created and successfully approbated.References
