Microelectronic radiomeasuring thermal flowmeter of gas
Keywords:
negative resistance, radiomeasuring thermal flowmeter of gas, active inductanceAbstract
The paper considers the possibility of creation of microelectronic radiomeasuring thermal flowmeter without additional heating. The device consists of three thermo sensitive bipolar transistors, one of which together with RC-circuit performs the role active inductive element of oscillating loop. Analytical dependences of function of transformation and the equation of sensitivity are obtainved. Theoretical and experimental researches have shown, that sensitivity of elaborated flowmeter makes 1000…1750 Hz/l per hour.Downloads
