Abstract

The author proposes her own vision and interpretation of the concept “rhetoric culture”, but special attention is paid to the problem of indeterminate of its content and structure in the area of modern rhetoric. Pedagogical concept of forming rhetoric culture of personality is described in the article. The theoretical and practical aspects of this process are based on the author’s experience and innovations methods in teaching the course “Rhetoric fundamentals” for magistracy-students and those students who study management in Vinnitsa National Technical University.
