Studying of the advance at the forge-rolling of half-finished products from aluminum alloys by circle-oval system under conditions approximate to isothermal
Keywords:

The technological parameter (advance) of the forge-rolling of half-finished products from aluminum alloys under conditions approximate to isothermal is studied in comparison with metal deformation in conventional condition. The dependence of the advance on deformation level, heating temperatures of half-finished products and rolling punches at the forge-rolling on the circle-oval system and in plain rollers is determined. It was determined that the advance at the forge-rolling of half-finished products from aluminum alloys is not practically changed at heating temperatures of rolling punches within 250…350 °С.Downloads
