Abstract

The urgent, but not sufficiently developed problem of self - employment of people suffering the limited physical abilities by means of their involvement in the sphere of small and middle sized business is investigated. Basing on the materials of Vinnytsia region the development analysis was carried out, the key factors, influencing the formation of this kind of business were determined. The activities favoring the development of entrepreneurship, self-employment and the income rise of the disabled were suggested.
