Identification of a brewing fermentation model in conditions of uncertainty

Abstract

The given paper considers the algorithm elaborated for identification of fuzzy model of brewing fermentation. Quality of identification using various modifications of the algorithm has been analyzed. Experimental testing of the algorithm proved good matching of simulated and experimental data. Identified model will be used for optimization of brewing fermentation process in industrial conditions.
