Analysis of the requirements set for the control drives of co-ordinate measuring systems is conducted. A structure of the drive's regulator is offered, which enables a substantial increase of dynamic characteristics and exactness of the drives. An example of the optimal drives invariant to parametric perturbations is presented and analyzed. In the mathematical model the operation of ordinary and offered control systems is compared.Downloads
