The paper considers modern approaches to the problem of quality control of voice information transmission over telecommunication networks and disadvantages of these networks. The control model, based on evaluation of recognition quality of transmitted information is analyzed, the technique of its accuracy evaluation is proposed. The suggested approach regarding definition of quality control model of communication channels has some advantages over the existing methods. The suggested method directly determines the characteristics of the channel and system of its testing proceeding from its designation (other methods determine the quality proceeding from spectral, noise and other characteristics).Downloads
