The hierarchic system of microbiol characteristics for monitoring of soils is presented in this paper. It is based on microorganisms which are sensitive to conditions of environment and their physiological and biochemical activity at various level of their organization: precell, cell, population and cenosis. Mathematical models have been constructed according to experimental data describing changes in population of microorganisms as depending on a number of ecological factors and presence of heavy metals in the soil. It was used the interactive system ASTRID based on the Group Method of Data Handling. Perspectiveness of inductive approach to modeling of microbiological processes in a soil is shown.Downloads
