Bioconveyer application for treatment of liquid toxic wastes of coke industry

The implementation of bioconveyer plant for treatment of liquid toxic wastes of MARKOKHIM Ltd company is described in the paper. Pilot plant was constructed; research were carried out representing pollutants concentration variation while plant operation. It was shown that COD rate decreased in aerobic section from 1700 tо 1014 mg/l and in anoxic - from 1896 tо 634 mg/l; ammonia concentration decreased in aerobic section from 740 tо 610 mg/l and in anoxic - from 680 tо 249 mg/l.Downloads
