Selection of feedback parameters in the load-sensing hydraulic drive

A new pressure relief section of the directional control hydraulic valve for the load-sensing (LS) hydraulic drive has been developed. A non-linear mathematical model of the hydraulic drive has been elaborated and a structural diagram has been built. It was determined that the design parameters of the pressure relief valve, realizing the feedback, influence dynamic and static characteristics of the LS hydraulic drive. Such values of the pressure relief valve parameters have been found which provide minimal values of stabilization error, regulation time and excessive control.Downloads
