New approach to identification of parameters of the small rivers by fuzzy expert estimations
Keywords:
expert estimations, fuzzy sets, passport of the riverAbstract
The task of identification of main parameters (passport characteristics) of small rivers is considered on the basis of the theory of fuzzy sets being necessary for carrying out of mathematical modelling of processes in the rivers. Two new methods are offered: the method «one object — one expert », and the method of synchronization of intervals of values when each expert carries out estimation on his interval of values. Algorithms of elimination of subjectivity of experts and taking into account of their speciality and experience are developed. Results of approbation of method of synchronization of intervals of values for expert estimation of parameters of the small rivers of Vinnytsia region are presented.Downloads
