Abstract

The investigation of the relationship between the minimal analog-to-digital approximation step duration and analog-to-digital converter parameters was made. The generalized expression for minimal analog-to-digital approximation step duration calculation has been derived. This expression demonstrates the relationship between the minimal analog-to-digital approximation step duration and ADC number of bits, the base of number system, static bit errors.
