Spatiotemporal methods of regional monitoring system have been considered in the paper. The construction of the system of comprehensive monitoring of the status and renaturalisation and degradation of ecosystems transformation, based on correlation of synthesis of remote sensing data have become the results of the surface laboratory-field measuring and verification of adequacy of the worked out methods and models. A model of estimation of influence of the ecological state of environment on the health of population is the completion of monitoring researches accepting the administrative decisions on optimization of measures on improvement of medico-ecological conditions.
