Abstract

Methods and algorithms of preliminary identification of functional dependencies of changing phase shifts form suitable to express-analysis in systems of real-time has been considered. Estimation of inaccuracy of measurement of phase shift is organized in laser measurement systems of checking the displacement. Expressions are received for inaccuracy at approximately known function of phase shift change
