Frequency transducer of gas concentration on the basis of two bipolar transistors with active inductive element
Keywords:

In article the mathematical model of frequency transducer of gas concentration is designed. The construction of transducer consists of two bipolar transistors, active inductance and gaseous sensing device. On the basis of model analytical expression for function of conversion and sensitivity are obtained. The carried out theoretical and experimental research have shown, that their divergence makes ±5 %, thus the sensitivity makes 1,5 kHz/ppm.Downloads
