Characteristics of gas suspension brackets at technological errors of manufacturing of their details
Keywords:

A suspension brackets with one crack of gas inflate has technological errors of the shaft shape (within the tolerance) in the form of a saddle shape and tapered crown profile which cause the reduction (up to 40 %) of rigidity and elevating force, and barrel shape of the shaft does not practically change power characteristics of the support. The consumption of gas is increased up 10...15 % at deviations of the longitudinal shaft profile from the ideal one. At non-uniformity of width of a ring crack inflate of gas the rigidity and the consumption of gas does not change, and dimensionless elevating force of suspension bracket decreases proportionally to relative non-uniformity of width of a crackDownloads
